S3 VIRGE/DX/GX/GX2 NT 4 driver: S3 Trio3D 4 MB AGP Works Works. ATI Mach64 PCI Not tested Works. Used ATI Driver from lenovo on a T30, stuck into.iso, installs. ATI does not recommend installing this driver unless you are experiencing a problem with your current driver as it has not completed certification for use ati mach64 ct pci mach64 GX products. If your ATI product came pre-installed in a complete ppci, you may already have a special driver version ati mach64 ct pci eg. Ati mach64 pci driver for windows 95 version 2.22. A mach64 is probably a bit too sluggish to be useful but you can use it to power a secondary display winxp has support for machbased cards, even. S3 based cards also fell into ati mach64 pci category. Ati mach64 gx pci driver - it is installed and configured using the standard windows.
To install the mach64 enhanced driver for OS/2: 1) Open an OS/2 full-screen command prompt session and type DSPINSTL. 2) When the Display Driver Install panel appears, select Primary Display. Click OK to bring up the driver selection list. 3) Select ATI mach64 enhanced (VX.xx) driver version from the list, and click OK.
